1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We provide a 7-Day Replacement Policy for manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit. If your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged upon unboxing, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Replacement
- Item must be unused and in the original sealed brand packaging with all tags, serial numbers, and accessories intact.
- An Unboxing Video is recommended upon receiving delivery to process transit damage claims instantly.
- Software updates, physical damage caused post-delivery, or customer misuse are excluded from store replacements.
3. Refund Process
If a replacement unit is unavailable in stock, a 100% full refund will be initiated back to your original payment account (UPI / Bank Account) within 24 to 48 business hours after the returned product passes quality inspection at our Delhi desk.
